It's a bunch of different styles -- rock, pop, blues, fusion, country -- but all are slide-guitar-heavy. It's not all acoustic!

I also sell a book/DVD package designed for the kind of player who has learned all the scales and modes and still can't figure out how to turn them into melody. From 1992 through 1999, I had a home recording studio called “Pepperland Studio.” During that time I recorded many songs on my own and with others. I also recorded an album with The Free Flight Band, of which I was a member. This is a collection of songs from that time. The “solo” recordings are true solos, as I performed all of the vocals and instruments. The Free Flight recordings are my compositions from our 1993 album “Uncharted Skies.”

Acoustic Fusion is a musical partnership between BMI songwriter and award winning lyricist Howard C. Holbert and Gil Garcia. In this partnership Howard doest the writing of the initial idea for a song then Gil composes the music for the lyrics sometimes adding or refining them along the way.
