Ken, Thanks for your encouragement. I will keep practicing until it's right.

My introduction to Bluegrass was seeing the York County Boys at a street dance in Orillia, Ontario in 1961.  A young couple walking down the street were persuaded by the banjo player, Big John Mcanaman, to come up and do a couple of tunes.  That was my introduction to Ian & Sylvia.

I was hooked the first time I went to a show with a friend and saw the Steeldrivers. I listened to country and had enough Taylor Swift and that trash. I got into Bluegrass and love it. I play guitar and am still learning but I enjoy it!

Hi Holly, good for you.  I get together with a banjo-playing friend once a week, and recently he wanted to learn Forked Deer.  At first I couldn't hear a distinct melody in the tune, but I played through it so many times that now it is sometimes running through my head when I wake up in the morning.  I am just about able to play three variations of the tune now.

I was introduced to bluegrass music while on a trip to Virginia. A group of locals played bluegrass in a restaurant. Thought it was wonderful. Now I am trying to learn Forked Deer.

I've checked all these sites - done Bing/Google and any other thing I can think of and it's not on any of these sites.  That's why I thought perhaps someone here might have what I'm looking for - I guess no one does this song at jams or as a solo -

Just Google "Good Corn Liquior" Steel Drivers. If it's out there, it should come up. Ultimate Guitar Tabs, Country Tabs, Rough Country, are usually good ones. Chordie and EChords are pretty good to.

Hi folks,

Not much activity on this site so I hope someone can help.  I'm trying to find either the chords or tabs for Steeldrivers song "Good Corn Liquor". Any help would be appreciated.
