My Telecaster is finished. Sounds and feels great. Lowest and fastest action I've ever played. Tiny bit of low E and A string buzz. Will get Mike at GC Cherry Hill to do a set up for me. Sounds and feels great though. Fun and rewarding project.

I have my most fun rehearsing when I look at a song I've performed the same way for years and say, "I wonder what this would sound like if I . . . ." (add some jazz chords, switch from steel to nylon or vice versa, flatpick instead of fingerpick or vice versa, etc.).

Blues mixes well with a great many genres. Folk, gospel, rock, country, etc can be spiced with blue notes, 12 bar phasing, and more. Classical music lends itself to jazz for me. Right now I am enjoying Gabriela and Rodrigo. Gabriela's rythm guitar is interesting to me. Her technique; latin, rock and quasi-flamenco is great fun. However, there are many flamenco techniques and rythms that could be explored with India's raga's, tabla drums, etc. There is not enough hours in a day. So I will settle for using plugging in 10th chords into a blues song. Maybe, a little improvisation before bed. I might play some Beethoven on my classical, a little "Fur Elise" in "a" minor mixed with some blue notes, whole step bends, flamenco rythm, and a diatonic run or two.
