Maybe the oldest question in the acoustic guitar world, right after "Honey...?"Some of you know I've got 3 Simon & Patricks - "had" three, since I just sold the parlor, and the Woodland Pro Folk…Continue

I bought my OM-03 new in 2007. It immediately sounded great and continues to open up fantastically. In 2009 I added a K&K Pure Western pick up and use an L.R. Baggs PARA Acoustic DI when…Continue

Comment by Craig MC on June 2, 2013 at 6:01am I'm familiar with them. When I was buying my S&P Woodland Pro Folk last year they were on my list of sellers. I live in Buffalo and no one around here carries S&P, but a number of Canadian music shops do. Seemed like good folks when I spoke to them.
Comment by Gary Ellis on June 1, 2013 at 3:18pm $1000 I ordered it from the 12th Fret in Toronto. They check it and set it up for you. I got my L03R there as well. It's a bit of a drive but worth the gas and time.
Comment by Craig MC on June 1, 2013 at 8:33am Far out! What is the asking price?
Comment by Gary Ellis on June 1, 2013 at 8:19am Put my order in for a P01 International Space Station Special addition. A parlour for me and a collectors item for my great grandchildren. (I hope)
Comment by Craig MC on May 23, 2013 at 7:25pm My OM-03R arrived today. Obligatory pics tomorrow. Time to play now.
Comment by Gary Ellis on May 23, 2013 at 11:15am Finally had my LR Baggs Anthem SL installed and got my L03R back yesterday. So far after a few hours I am very very pleased. My luthier set it up and it is a plug and play system now with volume control only in the sound hole. I am playing it through my LoudBox Mini. I have set the low, mid and hi to neutral settings, I turned the reverb off and Chorus at the mid setting and it is very nice. Thanks for the recommendation.
Comment by Ron Khoo on May 19, 2013 at 11:39pm Okay, space Larrivee. I want one but cannot see the need as I have a P09 custom.
Yup Craig, I have many more acoustic guitars and cannot justify any more guitars even though I want a Braz RW Larrivee and a Gibson SG and custom Les Paul.
Comment by Craig MC on May 19, 2013 at 8:57am Thanks Ron. It's certainly true that sometimes it can be hard to justify an expense like another guitar. This one was made easier for me by selling two others first. So now down to just the S&P rosewood dread (and the rosewood OM coming!) I really miss having multiple guitars in the house!
Comment by Gary Ellis on May 19, 2013 at 7:30am I saw on the Toronto 12th Fret site that Larrivee is making a limited P01 ISS Parlour model in honour of the little guitar on the International Space Station. $999 (Can) available in September.
