Blue Rock Shoot is also closing (again). As one club owner I talked to this week said, "everyone's closing". But I have a couple of leads that look promising.

By the way, here's an excerpt from Thursday's webcast. We'll probably play this at the show Sunday, adding Teja to the mix:

As usual, I'm late to the conversation- AGAIN!  Mark K., thanks for hosting a great Fingig, and always nice to see Kate and Devin.  Man, that little guy has grown so much since I saw him last!!

Sorry to hear about MC.  Maybe Blue Rock Shoot, again?  See y'all Sunday!

Yes! Come celebrate the last show at Mission City. We'll be there and Eric is not to be missed - (news on a new venue is coming soon)

Eh, I'm behind the curve here.  They always told me there'd be days like this.  Should I show up at Mission City this coming Sunday?

Yeah, wish I could have attended but I had students and band practice.  See ya all on Sunday

Dang, missed the Stageit last night for a family emergency, but I should be there on Sunday night. Hope to see you all there!

Any possibility it might still continue under new management or owner? It has such a musical history, you would think that would carry some weight? Keep us informed Doug.

That's terrible.

I don't know the details, but Jay has been fighting his landlord for about a year now, and apparently relations weren't good. May be a combination of things. It appears to be really hard to maintain an acoustic music venue in this area. Amazing to me.

Oh no!!! Say it ain't so! What the hell happened? They lose their lease? Not making enough $$?
Mission City is following Espresso Garden down the drain.
