Comment by Mike Nepper on July 3, 2012 at 7:07pm Folks, hope you all had a good time at the Fremont Mission gig.
I can't remember who voluteered for Fingig this month. I think it was the 22nd?
Please help and post as soon as possible.
Also, if you haven't already, please sign up for our 1 day workshop with Ed Gerhard on Saturday the 28th. There are still 3 chairs open. Go to Ed's website for info and registration or contact me. It's gonna be bigtime fun!

Comment by Doug Young on June 30, 2012 at 9:33pm We're on tomorrow night at Fremont Coffee with Mark Lemaire and Steve Reinthal. I did a StageIt show with Steve Thursday, and really enjoyed his playing, nice stuff!
Comment by Stu Frazier on June 22, 2012 at 10:26am Wish I could have been there. Good to hear of the possibility for doing Sunday...I could make that!
Comment by Doug Young on June 22, 2012 at 9:58am Thanks for coming out everyone.Thursday traffic down 280 can be really bad, I know I would occasionally try to get to Mission City for the SBF open mic, and as far as I can tell, it's simply impossible to get there in time, unless I leave the night before :-)
But, I had a nice chat with the owner on the way home, and I think moving to Sunday's are an eminent possibility. Some details to work out, stay tuned!
Comment by Mike Nepper on June 22, 2012 at 9:09am It was good to see Fran and John again performing with Doug last night at Da Kine. Sorry, I won't be making any more Thursday night trips down that way though. Crazy bad traffic coming from my house basically at rush hour. Maybe if I work late and am in the area anyways I could come............ The venue itself is not that bad. Smaller than the other place but with a cool stage and sound system is decent. Would be ok on a Sunday night. Closer to me than Mission City.
Comment by David Casseres on June 18, 2012 at 11:31pm Sorry I missed the Fingig, folks. But I had a great Father's Day so I can't complain.
Comment by Mark Kostrzewa on June 18, 2012 at 11:05pm Caught Michael Manring and Alex Digrassi at Pacifica Performances- Wow! Just over the top musicianship. I have to say Michael Manring's bass playing is just out of this world- as in otherworldly- really something to behold and listen to. Also the venue was quite surprisingly good- Pacifica Performances/Mildred Owen Concert Hall. Had a slight Old Freight and Salvage feel to it but a really cool and professional set-up, sound was great. MK
