I found this interesting fingerpick patent from 2012. Has anyone seen this design commercialized?

copied from Seagull group be cause i know that not everyone on AGC  has a Seagull. *Why!?"

well i had a 1/2 decent hour with the resonator this morning, and another much more decent hour just now with the 12 string,  using the Tone Deaf steel fingerstyle picks with a Dunlop thumb pick.

I'm smiling.., can you see it? :)

The Tone Deaf steel fingerstyle picks have arrived and they are perfect for resonator!

Hi Edward!

I used to be a big Dunlop Nylon user when i played electric. I still have about 6 or so different sizes. As I keep going to thicker and thicker Dunlops, I finally started using a semi-precious stone pick, pictured below, sitting on top of a Betta  fish birthing tank.

It fell out of my wallet last year and cracked in half :(

I just noticed this group. My bad.

I have a discussion going on Non-Traditional Finger Pick Designs in the Seagull group which may interest some here and be old news to others.

It would sure be nice if those who have experience with some of the designs shown and discussed there could add their comments.

Hey, just saw this site and thought it looked interesting. As many of you have done, I have a small pick collection. I don't mean mhy picks are small, just my collection is small. I have been saving these things for almost 50 years but I have to admit that the early ones were those little plastic bread seals (small for guitar, large for bass) and also folded over match (paper) and broken off wooden matches. Yeah, I was poor. If it cost a quarter to travel around the world, I couldn't make it across the street!

Nowadays I like my Blue Chip picks for guitar and their thumb pick is also very nice. For banjo I have always iked my old Nationals but use the Blue Chip JD Crowe thumb pick with the National fingerpicks. Another good finger pick is the Snuffy Smith.

Anyway, hope ya'll don't mind me joining your group.
