Ha! Ha! What a coincidence, I was in the Navy during Viet Nam, made two tours over there. I had a brand new Gibson 12 string, it cost $246.00 at the time, I still have the price tag! I was on the Dale DLG-19 with a picker named Michael Jackson!

Good deal (that you found a montly ham). Seems like, around here, no one wants to pick any more. Anyone else see a downward trend?

Not much activity here for a while.  Thought I'd check in with the group and see how ya'll are doing? I found a local bluegrass group that hosts a jam once a month. Three hours on a Tuesday evening - so much fun!

Thank you, I did not know that.

Happy New Year!

Ken - thanks for posting the link to The Soldiers' Stories. I will post the link to our G4V Virginia Facebook page. I think many will be interested and enjoy it!

I guess it depends on what you are trying to accomplish with your DD214. Speaking of which, did you hear about the additional social security payments for vets? It comes to around $100/mo additional when you draw social security.

You'll need your DD214 for that.

But not for this group (re: the group description). Glad to have you here.
