I initially thought it might be round-backed, but I found some on the internet, and it's a flat-back, isn't it?

That's a twelve-string, right?  Is it tuned like a "normal" guitar?  Same chords?

What are the top and "bowl" made of?

And I thought my Craviola was cool...which it is...but wow...what is the brand?  Do they make 6-strings as well?

Nice, isn't it? It's a portuguese guitar modelo Coimbra. Portuguese guitars have a great sound!
