I am right handed, because of an accident that i had a few years ago I lost my ring and pinky fingers on my left hand. Last year I bought a left handed guitar because I wanted to play again (not that I was very good). When I started out I struggled,…
Years ago I played electric righthanded. That is all that was available that we knew about. This was around '66 or so. I was able to bang some stuff out that was recognizable but it was a struggle. Nothing felt right.
So fast forward a bunch of year…

Michelle Liggett said… - Yes, I'm left handed, but started learning right handed, back in high school - the guitar I used to own was a right hand guitar...always wanted one that was made from the start for left hand play...I like the old rockabilly tunes, such as Patsy Cline, Roy Clark, etc - probably would like to flatpick and do some bluegrass stuff, as well as some of the older country tunes...love all of Loretta Lynns old stuff, Crystal Gayle, etc...

Thanks for the offer - it's a bit more than I'm interested in spending right now, and I am thinking I prefer a more 'traditional' look, regarding the sound hole...but, I will see if there is a review of the guitar on the web, and listen to it being played, if possible, as I wouldn't totally rule it out...!
