I recently bought an Ibanez Artword AW-100-NT-OP-02 at my local pawn shop. At the time, I had no experience with their AW Series. WOW! what a nice instrument. "I had to buy a dongle (key) for the use in my computer. Had the Cubase Essential 5 and Cubase LE5 and both required the dongle. Perhaps you should check with their support and see if same is necessary."
