Just curious Carrie if you are the one who sent me a friend invite? I clicked the link but that just took me to my own page and no messages there. If it was not you, then please forgive the intrusion. Have a great evening!

Hi Carrie,
Thanks for inviting me to be your friend. I'm a beginner and very new to the acoustic guitar world. So I'm looking for some support as I learn to master this great instrument. I had a year worth of lessons, but had to stop due to the economy. So right now I'm trying to teach myself based on what I was taught by my teacher. One of my biggest frustrations right now is trying to get a clean sound when playing chords. I find it difficult to press on strings without muting other strings, and I find it very difficult to stretch my fingers on some chords. I have very small hands and fingers, so it just might be impossible for me to play certain chords. Is this problem common? Do you have any tips that can help?
