"My Seagull Coastline Folk never goes in a case, it stays out all winter.  But the humidity in our bedroom tends to stay at the low end of the normal range in the winter due to taking a shower every morning."

"What's more important than the nut width is the string spacing.  I believe the Taylor and Seagull use the same 1.50 string spacing, but the Seagull nut & neck give another .030 on either side of the E strings."

"The bolt on neck is reset-able, unlike the newer Seagulls.  It's still not easy or for the feint of heart.  I've done 3, they get a little easier each time.  The next one will be the S12+ I've been working on."
