How many years have you been playing guitar?
Less than 1 year
Which of these instruments do you own or play?
Flattop steel-string acoustic guitar, Nylon-string guitar
The make and model of your guitar(s) and/or other instruments and gear.
Albanez Acoustic and the Green Beast I picked up off eBay, great tone and sound..surprisingly.
My latest additions to the fould are a set of drums that my son decided he did not want to learn anymore...I really think I was destined to be a drummer, I think it suits my caveman mentality...lol.
The one instrument that all good musical households should have is a DIDGERIDOO. Just added mine. If only I could breathe through my ears it would be easy to play. Just cant get the hang of this circular breathing.
Thanks for stopping by...Greg

http://Will develop one soon
What type of music do you like to play?
Blues, rock, fingerstyle and slide. I think the question should be how do you play the music you like to play? Poorly, but I love it and think it is first class. Like my singing.
Julie keeps telling me that I am tone deaf and have the ear of a rock.

What is up with these guys whoever they are......Pulling copyright on something that has not been sold or set up to make money. These people really wank themselves.

Who knows how I can contact these people, I have searched all over the net and I still cant find them. The purpose for contacting them is to get some satisfaction of letting them know that they simply 'SUCK'.

Hi Greg,

Justin guitar is one of the better sites I've seen, but the instructional websites are just hard to go through without guidance. It's hard for the student to know when they are ready to move on. I have a lot of good results teaching G-Em-C-D7-G first and doing TAB melodies as well as note reading at the same time. Then about 6 months down the road it all starts to come together. Too bad Monty is so bent on mastering the A chord before doing anything else. Must be very frustrating and boring. :(

Fence,
Welcome to the Acoustic Newb group. You've probably noticed there are players of all experience and skill levels in the group, and some teachers too, which is great because newer players like us can learn from them as well as from each other. Have fun!
