Jud Hair said… Hi James ... thanks for join g the Seagull group. I saw your message in my e-mail, but didn't see if actually show up anywhere on the forum itself. Anyway, one of the hallmarks of Seagull guitars is that most of them feature a 1.8 inch wide fingerboard which is about the widest available for a 6-string acoustic. It's probably about as wide as your 12-string. I personally love this feature and it is a selling point to a lot of Seagull purchasers, but it's not for everybody. That's why Seagull has a narrower "slim" version available in 2-3 models that is a 1.72 inch wide fingerboard. The "MJ" or mini-jumbo models are a 1.72 inch in the Entourage line and 1.8 inch otherwise. You can get the "slim" neck in the S-6 Original model and the Coastline S-6 CW GT model along with all of the previously mentioned Entourage Rustic models.
