Thanks for the welcome, Jeff. Listened to a few of your songs -- nice! I didn't know you could do that here. I'll have to sit down and finally start using Garage Band...
Never a song I would have thought about for accoustic, but well done Jeff!!

Jeff..thanks for listening..Morning Prayer is a piece my pickin' partner Jamie and I put together when we were working on some background music for our preacher to use at church. the other song "Brand New Love" was written as a wedding gift for my best friends marriage...the song was originally titled "song for Malone"..Malone being the name of my friends new bride..not to get too maudlin here, but She had been through several reallly bad realtionships in the past ....but She and my Buddy really hit it off and after a courtship of aboout a year they decided to Marry...and they are still goin' strong.

Yeah, I like to do that too...drop back to some of the old tunes from time to time just for myself...While in High School and my friends were listening to Deep Purple, Ozzy and Zep, I was into Peter, Paul and Mary and all the folkie stuff...so it takes me back.
My studio is still in a state of change...but for the better...I am working on my monitors as the small ones are acurate, but not loud enough for me...I like to sit back and be able to hear every note when mixing and my little powered monitors are just not making the magic for me. In my old analog studio, the one that went with the divorce, I had a pretty well balanced pair of monitors and they were big and loud. I am thinking aobut hooking up a set of large monitors I have, nice SONY ones, but then I have to power them with an amp, which I have, but then I have to hook in an EQ, which I have, to balance them in the room and all that entails...and I have had and solved a few computer tech problems, like if I am working, take a break and I come back in a hour or so, it locks up...my son the somputer expert says it's my ^%*% tablet, which I can't functio nwithout! So, I can't get inspired to record lately or finish your song!!!! But, I am not really complaining since I do have a nice system to build on...it's just that sometimes things in the analog world were so much simpler!
Glad to hear about the shoulder! Edward

Greetings Jeff...I'm listening to "Delia" as I write this...I know the song as "Delia's Gone"..first heard it in the mid 60's..and used to play it a lot back when I was doing folk music all most exclusively...being an "Old Folkie" myself. I also use a rolling finger lick for this song..you did a great job with it..the harp was a nice touch.

Beautiful Jeff...
Don't think I ever heard this one...Love the story. Sounds like your shoulder must be healing well if you can play like this! Nice harp too! Great job! Edward

Thanks Jeff,
As I'm sort of a beginner it may be awhile before I have any songs. This looks like a place to tap into alot of experience. Looking forward to hangin' out.
