Taylor Guitars - Bob Taylor making decisions LIKE A BOSS

Good business stewardship of the environment, good treatment of people.  I just love the different ways certain luthiers are focusing on sustainability and doing business the right way, and I can *guarantee* this will be a significant consideration the next time I am in the market for a guitar.

+1 Bob Taylor.

Is this site done? If so, where did everyone go?

When Acoustic Guitar Community launched, I was very excited to find a guitar community online with so many tools and so much potential.  Really, it is quite a thing to have such a fully featured social community site dedicated to all things acoustic guitar.  But besides Acoustic Newb, a lot of the activity seems to have left the site.  The last Acoustic Guitar blog post on the main page is from the middle of February, and the groups I belong to that in the past this time of year have been…

Recommendation for your daughter - anything Godin and small - Seagull Coastline Grand, Art & Lutherie Ami's, Simon and Patrick or Norman Grands or Parlours (if they have them...).  Don't get a painted one, IMHO - kills the tone.
