I like Gibsons a lot especially the early ones. I have a 1929 L1 flat top, the exact model used by Robert Johnson on those seminal recordings. Fantastic sound, I have started to make replicas of this model and other early Martins and Gibsons. I far prefer the sound you get from these early designs.
