I saw Rory Block perform in Missoula, MT several years ago. It was a great and memorable show. She's an incredible player and singer, and is definitely one of my favorites.

There is a new singer out there who plays the guitar and the piano. Melody Gatdot. She is absolutly fantastic. She has a jazz feel to her music. Verry well done!
Well, Leanne, I've come late to the party (as usual)... but I'm glad I went back to catch up! Good lyrics (great idea!), love the progression, and this is by far your best vocal performance on this site. I really like this one. Thanks for posting it!

Leanne, similar to me. I practice at home every day. I just got started writing, so I have a way to go there. I've mostly been learning other artists music, or arranging music for my harp guitar. I do play every week with our Church Contemporary Choir, which has helped me tremendously. Next time you're in West Chester, please look me up!
Leanne thanks for feedback on my "Not CG" posting - hopefully I will get the recording thing right as well as get back to a creative space again.

Hey, been a while...just wanted to say hello! Hope things are good for you! I have been busy setting up a new home studio and that's always a fun thing. The wife and I are planning to attend the Philly Vintage Guitar Show in November (7th and 8th) in case you are free to come. We are not sure what day we will go yet, but maybe we will see you there! It's a real treat even if you are not in the market for a vintage guitar! Edward
