Willa said… Mario! That is a truly beautiful instrument. I bet it sounds WONDERFUL. I have three Martins, but nothing like that one. I've got a D42, and OM42 and a D20 (12 string).

I really enjoyed the Portuguese guitar videos. Both are inspiring, I'd love to learn how to own and play one someday. For now, I'm just doing a lot of catching up with my playing, having laid off it so long. My hearing impairment sometimes gives me fits too. The technology that allows me to hear is sometimes hard to manage. Nothing is as good as your 'human ears'.
Really, enjoy you music. I tried playing Gypsy Jazz, but I couldn't find any teachers, and on my own, I just developed such bad technique, I injured my right arm to the point where I had to stop playing music altogether for about 3 months. Luckily, flat-picking, and fingerstyle I can do without problems. So, I really admire someone who has learned to play the style so well. Thanks for the friendship and the videos.

I note the difference we have in the naming of this piece. I know it as a traditional Irish piece. Is this correct?
Cheers
