Hi, Madeleine - Thanks for the invite. I've been an acoustic player for quite a number or years. I also play electric and have a fairly prolific career as a bass player. My first love is writing and performing with one of my Martin Dreadnoughts, which I've been playing since 1969. I love flat-picking acoustic country blues, and finger-picking style in standard
tuning and different detuning modes. I have one solo album entitled CABIN FEVER which features all of the above styles. Thanks for writing ... ... ...

Hello Madeleine! Thanks for the invitation. I started playing in my teens and continued until my early 30's and then put it down for 25 years. I'm starting up again, from scratch, and I have some really excellent teachers at a local community college. After a few weeks at it, I have to say its beginning to come back a bit. Dan.

Hi I have been playing fingerstyle for about 5years now and am finally getting more proficient at it Pete Huttlinger is a great source for this kind of music. You should check his work out and see his courses too.

However, Im interested in sharing views with readers and their comments on music on the wonderful acoustic guitar. I wont pretend that Im not a little apprehensive on this experience.
