Thanks to you, because I didn't even know this site existed. What fun to see what people have posted.

Yeah, I'm very familiar with John Fahey's version, which is why I asked because you've got a lot of variations in there! Great job figuring it out and adding to it. I do the same (I think everyone does) with the Davy Graham classic Angie. Everyone from Paul Simon to John Renbourn has their own variations - it's like you can't help it. You get that descending bass pattern going and it get's really tough to stop.

Anyway, great stuff! Thanks for sharing!

Sorry to double post but MAN! Nice arrangement of Last Steam Engine Train! Where did you pick that up?

Hey, welcome. Just joined myself. More of a classical player myself, but I started out as a folkie and still love a well played steel string and play a few John Fahey tunes, as well as some celtic, blues, etc.. I like your Diddie Wah Diddie - Duck Baker and Stefan Grossman do a nice instrumental version, complete with a double-time outro. I wanted to ask - have you ever seen an arrangement of Grossman's Texas Lemon Flavor? He includes arrangements of a few of the tunes in the booklet that comes with the cd, but that tune isn't among them and I REALLY want to learn it. Take care and happy playing.

The songs are great. Really loved Bret's boogie. I've been doing this only af ew years now, but that is the type of music I like playing. I'mmnot there yet, but making progress.

Life in W. Heights is good, but would be even better if the sun would ever come out.
And you? You are well?
