"Hi Miss Koya, I could not find much information in your profile and would like to know what brand of Mandolin you have. I too do not play the guitar but I am a collector of Archtop guitars. The mandolin and violin inspired Orville Gibson to make the…"

"Well I suppose it's Johnny-come-lately to add to the thread, but yes, I use arch tops and semi acoustic arch tops all the time, as a large band rhythm player. If it's set up right, it has the best dynamic range of any guitar, and of course…"

Richard,
Thanks for the information. I'm always interested in the history of how and why things come to be the way they are.

Thanks Again!

Richard,
Yes it has the adjustable neck and the split bridge. I got it mainly because of the adjustable neck. Right now I'm working on "fingerstyle" but later I'd like to try some "slide" guitar. I'm not that familiar with archtops but definitely want to try some out. Always looking for different sounds. Since I live within 20 minutes of the Wells Fargo Center in Santa Rosa, CA I plan on attending the Healdsburg guitar show in August. I'll also check out your website. Thanks for the contact, have a good one!
