Music programs are not extras!

Instrumental and vocal music classes are often referred to as "extracurricular" classes. Music is anything but

"extracurricular". Music classes offer many benefits which make them very indispensable. Performance programs enhance a

student's sense of self esteem as well as their social skills. Students become a part of a positive group and organization.

1. Provide a steady consistant lessons schedule of at least one or two lessons per week.

2. Provide a quality instrument for your child to practice on.

3. Provide a quiet, private place for your child to practice.

4. Provide a consistent practice schedule of at least 20 minutes each day.

So true, they have successfully taken music out of our public schools and we want to help bring music back to our community!
Music can make a child smarter and help them learn faster, have them listen to classical as a young child!
