"I hate to hear of your injury. Do you have an "Urgent Care Center" in your area? They can usually get you in the examining room in an hour or so and don't cost like an ER at a hospital. Hope you're well soon. "

"Thanks for your advice. My clinic usually has about a 1 month delay for appointments but perhaps if I'm insistant in stressing the urgency of the situation, perhaps I'll get in sooner."

Hi, Pleased to be here,This is my first post and wish it was under better circumstances. I'm concerned about a painful injury I sustained while trying out a new technique. I talking about the body slapping and tapping like I've seen done by players like Jimmy Whalsteen & Andy McKee. Anyway, I haven't seen any specific instruction on how to do this so I just waded right in and have been experimenting with a few techniques.
