I'm not sure what you mean by a group but both my son and I took lessons for a while at Blue Sky Recording Studio in Delmar. They have many different teachers there and if you call there they might be able to recommend someone based on what your interests are. They also have a web site and you can find a listing of their teachers there. There are also other places around that have lessons-music stores etc. as well as private instructors. We were happy at Blue Sky-my wife took piano lessons there and my son's band recorded 2 CDs there. Let me know how you make out.
