Welcome to the Acoustic Guitar Community.

I have a Yamaki guitar that was handed down from my father which he got from his uncle about 20 years ago and it sounds AMAZING. The model is B40 which is burnt into the bracing. I have endlessly searched the web for some type of reference to my guitar but the only thing I was able to find was a picture of it on a japanese website. I am still trying to find out what my guitar is worth and other info on it but i have had no luck yet even though I have been looking for over 5 years. I would absolutely love to find something about my guitar!

Here are a few sites that I found with a bit of info on the guitar. From what it sounds like, Yamaki was supposed to be a 2 bit guitar clone company, that wound up actually making some high quality guitars. However, they never really took off, making these guitars extremely rare, and potentially very valuable. Hope this helps!
