Hi Jonathon, it's a delight to have found your site!
You have written some lovely pieces - very well played on the Spanish guitar -
Respectfully, I think that this instrument is your forte and that you should concentrate all of your efforts here...
The search for inspiration is never ending... I sometimes use well known pieces as models (when my muse isn't sitting on my shoulder ) And will often apply jazz chords to a classic to see where it leads me...
The still photos of an ambidextrous classical guitarist first caught my eye...
I wonder if there is anyone in the world who has achieved such a feat...
Hello Neighbor! I see that you are in Ontario! I was just in London, giving a neighbor's mother a ride home.
I see that you play both left- and right-handed? I am left-handed, writing, that is, but play guitar right-handed, batt right-handed, all the other things, right-handed, which means that the lobes of my brain ain't normal, lol. So, I guess the line between genius and crazy is a fine one. I'm amazed that musicians all over the world have the talent in individual forms, that gives us a palate of fine expression of emotion and life through musical notes. I am humbled by my contemporaries, such as yourself. I will see Eric Clapton, Gordon Lightfoot, and Micaela Kingslight, on this site.
Hi Jonathan
I just watched your videos and all I can say is "wow." You have inspired me to set my steel string guitars aside for a while and put new strings on the nylon. Thank you.
