Beautiful music Patrick. I've been playing fingerstyle for the last 5 years and blues and more free style melodic music like yours are my current passions.

No, I have not.  I'm in Europe and will return next week.  I would appreciate his number, please.

Thanks

Just studying on my own.. I didn't play for about 10 years and then at x-mas I started again.. I did my first open mic in March or so and have been doing them regularly since. flat picked alternative music mostly (coldplay, foo fighters) and also trying to learn some old bowie tunes like "andy warhol" and "kooks" and some Jethro Tull such as "Mother Goose".  Just anything upbeat and fun. singing and playing has been a real challenge..

Hi Patrick, Thanks for the great comment about latest album track 'Seventh Star'. Even more special coming from a superb guitarist like you. Had a listen to some of your songs on your website. What a fantastic sound you get! and wonderful emotive original playing. Within the first few notes of every track I listened to I was immediately taken off - probably to the outskirts of your world. :) Thanks again. Chris.

Hey Patrick, you should join Seagull Spoken Here group ... lots of general Godin chat.  Folks were just discussing the Multiac a couple of days ago.

Thanks, Patrick!

Yes, all nine are originals. I also recorded covers of two traditional Irish tunes (Star of the County Down and the Butterfly) as well as a tune by Donal Clancy called "Dog Rock." I'll add those sometime soon.

Hi Patrick -

It's been a while but I've finally recorded some original tunes. I just added them to my AGC page. I'd love to get your feedback.

Thanks!

hey !

Can't the past ever go away ?
Perhaps it doesn't have to stay
Perhaps there is a better way
Than to its tempting lure fall prey

Indeed life is quite a journey
Hardships, burdens, and come what may
Why carry those of yesterday ?
When the future is on its way

Promises of a brand new day
From gloominess do shy away
Forgive oneself, hurting allay
And allow guilt its holiday

Listen to the musicians play
They sing the song of the blue jay
Let the sun outshine the clouds grey
Trust only joy to show the way

hope you have an inspired & fulfilling week ! :o)

Thanks for the message. No, I never took serious interest in the details required for recording. My bandmates and I are discussing going into the studio this spring. Have a great holiday!

Patrick,

Thanks for your kind words about Larry our drummer. Perhaps I'll find it in me to turn my emotions into song as you suggested.

Hi Patrick, I enjoyed your playing; nice and measured, clean but not clinical. It's great to hear other players and hopefully leads to some small self improvement. Cheers, Eamonn
