I see you have a Les Paul Studio...I have an old relic of a Les Paul...a 1976 Signature...a real "dawg" in the Les Paul world, but I like it! Semi hollow gold top with low Z pickups and a built in phase switch...Edward
Thanks for writing David. Make sure to introduce yourself. We'd love to meet you.
It'll be great to get back to That Book Store: it's been too long.
And please bring friends. It's always fun to play for folks who get it.

David, I just noticed you are from Jonesboro AR. My children were born in either Fort Smith or Little Rock. Kate's mother, Shelley, graduated from UA-Fayettville back in May 2007. Her husband just finished up his graduate work at UA-Fay. Lived in Little Rock for 7 years and Fort Smith for 1.

David, thank you for your comment. You are absolutely right...little ones are powerful motivators! This was written for my baby girl's baby girl.
Hi David, I took a look at the playing for change website , very interesting concept and the songs around the world. I would like to find out a bit more about it ,,are you involved with the program ?
Howdy, friend. I don't believe we've met. I've only been in Jonesboro about five years and haven't had the pleasure of meeting many other musicians yet. I like to play classical, blues, folk, country and classic rock. Please do let me know of any noteworthy events in the area, and I'll try to make it to some. Cheers!
Hi David,
Thanks for the comments on my profile. Actually I'm not a Minnesotan, but got the sweatshirt back when my son played on the Twins in Little League. :-)
All the best,
Bill
David - Thanks for the nice comments on my video of The Water is Wide. Ed Gerhard was one of the first fingerstylists I ever saw in concert and I've always enjoyed his arrangements. I watched your video and liked it very much. Very unusual timing that gives it real interest.
