I think all your photos are backwards, Bernie! ;-)

I think we talked before I used to have a D 41 that was the best guitar I ever had and ever played.

Hi Bernie thanks for the hook up on the mini guitars,do they have logos on top like Gibson or Fender? It does'nt really matter as long as they look as good as they do in the pictures. It would be a plus though, thanks again.

Of course, I agree with your assessment of the D-41 Special. I could never part with mine. That is the one in my avatar, by the way. Thanks - m

I was in the Navy in '78, stationed on a ship in overhaul in Seattle.  Used to go to the exchange at Fort Lewis all the time.

Wow Bernie I had a D41 and it was my favorite guitar of all time.I dropped it after a gig and was just stunned so I got rid of it due to the damage. But if I ever could I would get rid of most of my guitars just for another one of those.

Hi Bernie:

I am married. Meeting there might be possible, depending on the day. Work keeps me busy, but I get time off for good behavior. Let me know when you're going and we'll see if we can make it work.

I just realized where Avon is. I knew it sounded familiar. My Dad grew up in Batavia. I still have some relatives there!

Actually, when you consider shipping we are pretty close. Thanks for your feedback. I will work on staying competitive.

Yes, I'm left handed, but started learning right handed, back in high school - the guitar I used to own was a right hand guitar...always wanted one that was made from the start for left hand play...I like the old rockabilly tunes, such as Patsy Cline, Roy Clark, etc - probably would like to flatpick and do some bluegrass stuff, as well as some of the older country tunes...love all of Loretta Lynns old stuff, Crystal Gayle, etc...

Hi,
Thanks for the offer - it's a bit more than I'm interested in spending right now, and I am thinking I prefer a more 'traditional' look, regarding the sound hole...but, I will see if there is a review of the guitar on the web, and listen to it being played, if possible, as I wouldn't totally rule it out...!
