Hi Gil Fallin Fallin sounded great.it's the HD28-VR my MartinD41 had the same sound.people go out and spend thousands of dollars on D40,D41,D42.D45,sure they are beautiful and sound fantastic. But you could save a couple of thousand and get a HD28-VR and your going to get pretty much the exact same sound. My next guitar will either be a HD28-VR or a HD35,or I'll go back to my old D41,or even a J40 anice jumbo with all the extras of a jumbo on top.Take care of yourself how old is your son?
Great job on the new version of "Drill. Baby Drill!" Gil. I like the way you found your angry voice and left Neil in the dust. Whoever created that vid did a great job too and I am going to share it with a very politically astute group here at AGC by the name of "Lyrics Analysis". Please join us and add a true patriotic voice that needs to be heard! My hat is off to you Sir!
Thank you for taking the time to listen and comment! Glad you enjoyed "Close to Perfect." I really enjoy your videos and we have Neil Young in common as an influence! That's cool. I like "Falling in Love," it's a very good tune.

Thanks for the invite to hear your song "Drill Baby, Drll!". Thought it was a good protest song and have but one comment... unless you're walking or bicylcling everywhere then "WE" is more approopriate than "they"... supply and demand and all of fthat. Nice sound, well performed. Thanks agains GIl.

Thank you Gil. I can understand that you don't have much time for being on line with young children. I have added some of my songs to my page and if you get time, I would appreciate any comments. Particularly the song "I Love You". It started to be about my son and then I realized that much of what I was seeing was a reflection of my father and me growing up, so it came full circle. I loved your pictures with "My Little Girl". I worked in NICU with premature babies for several years.
Hi Gil. Hey resounding thanks for introducing me around on youtube!! I've met some really nice folks.
I use Audacity for post-production on my recordings but I've no idea how to hook into my digital camera. Great app tho' - nearly simple enough for me to use.
Gil,
On a couple of posts you said you couldn't download mp3s. Depending on what operating system you have (Windows 98, XP, Vista, or Mac whatever), you might be able to use QuickTime or RealPlayer. These are free and can be downloaded easily. Google them to learn more. I'm no expert on how to set these up, but in case you need assistance probably any nearby teenager can do it!!. I hope that helps.

I'm always in San Jose and sometimes feel like I live in SJ too.
Hey Gil Ive looked at your videos and I like your stuff. I'm polishing up Cinnamon Girl myself. No easy task as I'm still a beginner. I like Neil Young, the Beatles and CCR. But will play anything I can. If your ever at a gig or open mic in the SJ area let me know. Id like to see ya play and maybe bring a friend or two from my beginners group in Morgan Hill.
