A Neil Young classic. This is my solo acoustic rendition inspired by the 4 Way Street album recording I grew up listening to.
I have played this song as an instrumental only since I was a teen. Mainly because every time I tried to sing it failed. For this YouTube video I was determined to give it a good shot. I tried singing the song for hours with no success. I tried different keys with a capo but nothing worked. As a last resort I tried tuning my guitar down two whole steps....I had never done this before. I started singing and it felt right but could I hit the chorus? Just barely! I was happy with this take and exhausted after all those tries. It's a keeper.

As far as tuning the guitar down a couple steps, I figured that trick out myself a few months back. I pretty much keep it there, singing and playing my butt off. Nice rendition. Thanks for posting.
