Hi Jeff - thanks for adding me as a friend on this site - one of these days I'll figure out how to get off the wall and play upright (hah). I enjoyed your open tuned piece and the choreographed martial arts which flowed nicely with the music. I'll check out more of your pieces. I have not done much in open tuning but Doug Cox from BC got me going a bit this past summer up in Fairbanks - he does a lot of slide as well as being an excellent dobro player. More later - Michael Murray just a bit east of Homer - AK
Open C i take it you mean C/G/C/G/C/C...cause i discovered the open tunning like that, many years ago, cause i was very drunk and tried to tune up and somehow ended up with something like that...as i said i was very very drunk at the time...lol.., but i used open B....

thanks everyone ..
to answer a few questions ..
** What is the painting on my guitar?
Thats a tiger jumping / ripping trough a yin yang symbol , i get a lot of compliments on this guitar.
I added the artwork after i sanded the shotty black paint someone tried to apply and clear coat ..
i sanded through the top of the wood grain and it bothered me so much i had to put something over it ..
and the Tiger guitar was born :) .. later i added electronics and made a few other modificatioins
** what tuning is this song played in ?
This is in the Open C tuning, its my favorite tuning. over half of my compositions are in Open C.
I have a FREE online GUITAR TUNER at my website that i myself use to tune my guitars.
I find it faster and more accurate than a handheld tuner.
Feel free to use it and share it with your friends ..
Take Care and God Bless

Great, Jeff! Much atmosphere and close to the title. What painting is there on your guitar?
